3. Do you offer delivery service?
We provide delivery service with partial delivery fees based on the region. Delivery times are as follows:
South Bay, East Bay: Delivery Time: Thursday, 2 pm - 9 pm
Delivery Note: For those living in apartments with access codes, please provide the access code in the order form to facilitate delivery. Due to traffic conditions, please be patient with delivery times.
4. How should I store and reheat the croissants?
Pastries with creams, fillings, and cheeses require cold holding within 3 hours for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or up to 1 week in the freezer.
Highly recommend reheating pastries in an oven or air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes for the best and crunchiest experience.
Refrigerated pastries reheating suggestion is 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
Frozen pastries are recommended to be defrosted before reheating.
Do not reheat pastries with cream on top, best to consume them while fresh.
5. What is your refund policy?
We can refund if cancellation request is made within 24 hours of your purchase.
We can’t refund you if your order is placed more than 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
